Every RackOn table starts as raw timber and ends as a tournament-grade instrument. Here's the journey.

Frame construction

Seasoned hardwood, hand-jointed and glued — no metal fasteners in the structural frame.

Slate

Italian slate, precision-ground to ±0.05mm tolerance and bedded onto the frame.

Cushions and cloth

K-66 rubber, cut and fitted by hand. Cloth stretched wet and stapled once.

Final inspection

Every table is roll-tested with a precision level before it leaves the workshop.
