Can I visit your workshop?
Yes, by appointment. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange a visit and see tables in build.
Installation

Do you offer installation?
Yes. On-site installation is available across Pakistan. For international orders we can arrange installation through our partner network or provide detailed assembly documentation.
Orders

How long does a custom table take to build?
Standard sizes: 4–6 weeks. Full-size custom builds and 12ft tables: 8–12 weeks. You receive progress updates throughout.
Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery (Pakistan), bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and international wire transfer. Stripe payments are available for select regions.

Can I choose the cloth colour?
Yes. Championship green, tournament blue, burgundy, camel and black are all available. Custom colours can be arranged for volume orders.
Shipping

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from our workshop in Pakistan. Crating and international freight are quoted based on your destination and the table size.
Warranty

What warranty do you offer?
Frames and slate carry a 10-year structural warranty. Cushions and cloth are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months. Wear-and-tear replacement is available at cost.

Do you offer a warranty on cushions?
Cushions are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months. Loss of rebound through normal use is not covered — but we stock replacement cushion sets at wholesale pricing.
